WELLNESS PROGRAMME
Our arts @ work wellness series works together with you, as employer in promoting a healthy workplace to increase productivity and business. Through our invigorating programme to revitalise employees with fun-filled fitness activities; stimulating the mind and the body; bringing energy into a healthy lifestyle.

Organisation can choose any one of the following genres: DancExercise, Pilates and Yoga

Objectives:
  1. To develop deeper understanding and appreciation for fitness through exercises.
  2. To improve flexibility of joint and muscles.
  3. Identify and improve participants' social emotional skills related to communication and character building through exercises.

Education Level: Corporate organisations and working adults
